Angel Forrest

With a career spanning 27 years and nine albums, Quebec blues singer Angel Forrest has established herself as a prominent figure in the Canadian blues scene. Her exceptional talent was recognized with the Maple Blues Award for Female Vocalist of the Year for four consecutive years, from 2013 to 2016.

In 2016, Forrest released her ambitious and original album, Angel's 11, on March 11th. This project highlights the unique friendships she shares with eleven distinguished guitarists featured on the album. Collaborating with her partner Denis Coulombe on songwriting, Forrest crafted eleven songs, each envisioned with a specific guitarist in mind to bring their individual musical touch and expertise to the track. The resulting album offers a rich and diverse listening experience, seamlessly blending elements of blues, rock, and jazz.
