Fred Hammond's album Speak Those Things: POL Chapter 3 is a powerful collection of 15 high-impact praise and Gospel tracks designed to inspire listeners and bring about solutions through faith. The album's title, a three-word command, encapsulates Hammond's message of speaking life into difficult situations, allowing God to provide answers.
Speak Those Things continues Hammond's renowned style of urban praise and worship, but with a renewed focus on the worshipper's personal connection with God. The songs encourage listeners to call upon the Lord, praise Him, and deepen their relationship with Him. This approach is evident in tracks like "Show Yourself Strong," inspired by Hammond's observations of national unity and prayer in the aftermath of a significant September event. He noted, "In the midst of misery and hopelessness, we have to see where God is and trusting that His hand is in everything around us."
