Apalusa

Apalusa is the musical project of Nottingham-based musician Dan Layton. Beyond his solo work, Layton is also recognized for his guitar contributions to the avant-rock ensemble Souvaris.

Operating primarily as a solo endeavor, Apalusa delves into the more subdued territories of ambient and drone music. The project often incorporates elements of melancholy, adding a distinct emotional texture to its soundscapes.
