By age 12, she had recorded the theme song "Du kan alltid bli nummer ett" ("You can always be number one") for the Swedish television show Lilla Sportspegeln. Her early musical potential was recognized by Swedish pop singer Meja, who encountered Robyn during a school musical workshop in the early 1990s.
