Young Thug

Jeffery Lamar Williams, widely known as Young Thug, is an American rapper hailing from Atlanta, Georgia. He is recognized for his distinctive vocal style and innovative approach to hip-hop. Young Thug's career gained significant momentum in 2013 following the release of his mixtape 1017 Thug, which garnered critical acclaim. He has since collaborated with numerous prominent artists in the music industry.

Born into a large family, Young Thug, the second youngest of 11 siblings, developed an early aptitude for standing out. He grew up in Jonesboro, a disadvantaged suburb of Georgia, where he was exposed to the realities of crime, drug addiction, and violence. These experiences fueled a strong desire to overcome his circumstances. Discovering his passion and talent for music around 2010, Williams embarked on a musical path that would lead to a notable career in the Southern hip-hop scene. In the same year, he established his own record label, YSL (Young Stoner/Slatt Life).
