Biography Torstein Flakne

Torstein was born December 17th in 1960 in Melhus, in Norway. A few miles from Trondheim. He's a guitarist, vocalist and a songwriter 24/7.

He has given out one solo album - Shoot The Moon.

He is the lead-guitarist and member of The Kids since the early 80's, and front figure in Stage Dolls, with Terje Storli(bass) and Morten Skogstad(drums). Stage dolls has released more than five albums and greatest hits, since they started in the 80's as well.

Also been active song-writer, and has written songs for Rosenborg Ballklubb, Trondheim's footballteam, together with Dag Ingebrigsten - lead vocalist in The Kids.

Fully owner of several Gibson guitars, and calls himself a "Gibson man". Stage Dolls has recently signed with Sony music and is releasing their come-back album "Time Machine," in April, spring 2009.
