Эмили-Клэр Барлоу родилась 6 июня 1976 года в Канаде. В семь лет она начала работать на телевидении, озвучивая анимационные фильмы. Её голос можно услышать в 6Teen, Sailor Moon, Rescue Heroes, Dragon Warrior, Martin Mystery, Spider Riders, Bakugan Battle Brawlers and Total Drama Island.
