Евгений Шулимович Маргулис — автор, гитарист, бас-гитарист, бывший участник группы «Воскресение». Заслуженный артист России. Родился 24 декабря 1955 года в Москве. Один из ярчайших представителей независимого течения в русском рок-н-ролле. Недолго учился в мединституте, приобщился к музыке в 17 лет, первая купленная гитара стоила 7 руб. 50 коп. Летом 2003 г. ушел из группы «Воскресение». С 1976 по 1979 и с 1990 по 2012 играл в группе "Машина времени".
