There are two artists with this name.

1. Charles Mann is a soul artist from Atlanta, Georgia, United States. He released one album in 1973 title "Say You Love Me Too". His best know song is probably Do it Again, a soul interpretation of the rock classic "Do it Again" by Steely Dan.

2. Charles Mann (born Charles Louis Dominique) is a well known swamp pop performer in Louisiana. His debut single, "Keep Your Arms Around Me," became a regional hit in the early 1990s.
