1) Joseph Guilherme Raposo Jr., OIH (February 8, 1937 – February 5, 1989) was a Portuguese-American composer, songwriter, pianist, television writer and lyricist, best known for his work on the children's television series' Sesame Street, The Electric Company, Shining Time Station and on the sitcom Three's Company, including its theme song. In addition to these works, Raposo also composed extensively for Theodor Geisel, also known as Dr. Seuss, in Geisel's productions of Halloween Is Grinch Night, Pontoffel Pock, Where Are You? and The Grinch Grinches the Cat in the Hat for DePatie-Freleng Enterprises.
