1. Ned East, producing under the name Kilter, is an electronic and post-Dilla hip hop artist based out of Sydney, Australia.

Kilter has received attention both internationally, through releases on the Finest Ego record label, and locally, performing regularly at venues around Sydney.

He has also remixed RÜFÜS, Ben Pearce & MØ.
