NEW LIZ LARIN CD 'HURRICANE'
This bold, beautiful music takes the listener on a sonic expedition through fantastic worlds. With elements of rock, pop, electronic and ambient music, it is lush and cinematic, pulled together with great songwriting. Celebrating the mystery of this journey with powerful vocals, tribal drums, and a taste of Celtic music, the music tells the story of a warrior's quest into the unknown and back again. Larin, a multi-instrumentalist, produced and played most of the instruments, with added production from producer John Nixon. Larin’s current live show, with self-produced visuals 'Hurricane - A Song Cycle,' embodies fearless, anti-genre thinking.
“If you could hook electrodes to my brain during the creating of this music, and during a performance, this is what you would see.”
